Yes.

When you are playing a Temple (RPI 164), Florida Gulf Coast (RPI 67) and a Central Michigan (RPI 208) I expect WSU will win (doesn't mean they will, but I am disappoint when they don't.).

Now when WSU gets to it TCU, LBS, OU type teams I expect they will struggle more.

But I also don't buy into this "woe is WSU" and that there needs to be this amazing amount of patience because WSU is going to have to "rebuild". WSU loses players every year (some more than other), but in the past they have always been able to reload (except for couple instances). But the elite teams always lose alot of talent and if you want to be an elite team then you reload. If you want to be like a SWMO, then you rebuild and hope to make that 1-2 year run to win the MVC tournament.
