Shox win 8-4, not all pretty, but not too bad for the first game for over half of our squad. Some timely hitting, good starting pitching and Hutson with a lights out performance to close it out. I'll take that every game.Comment

Nice game by the pups, not always pretty, but they did what they needed to do and got the W. Only 2 K's for the game is impressive imo for the first game out and all the inexperience in the lineup. Hutson K's the side in the 9th, that was sweet, especially for him having missed all last year.
