We will be in the post season. We are young...but talented. KElley will do well as the #1 and I was ver impressed with the way Lowell looked. After that we will be fine in the rotation and bulpen it will work itself out. We have a very good defense with tons of speed. We will manufacture runs, and that is what Gene is good at. We take the Valley again and we make a regional that is my prediction.

That is a good question. 34 home games plus the MVC tournament will help - it may take a tournament win or two to keep the streak alive. The schedule is pretty strong.

Oh the streak of 40 wins will continue. The schedule isn't nearly as tough as it has been in some recent years but we aren't nearly as experienced either so I think that balances out. I just think these kids are going to really surprise some folks.

I can appreciate the optimism, but really folks, an overhaul of our entire pitching, 2 returning starters, a lot of younglings, I predict a 27 win regular season.
