Sorry, not intended that way at all. My apologies.

Seems like the typical under the radar Gene recruit. Should be a solid addition to a program that I firmly believe is on the road back to greatness very very soon.

No sweat Doc. I agree with you regarding this kid. I was looking over next years class and its really shaping up well so far with the highlights being Gould and Mateycheck. Both of those two kids are really special pitchers that when added to this years new staff could easily make the best staff in the nation in a couple years.

This years class has the best plate potential since the early 90's teams. Lets hope they pan out as well because that 91-92 team lead the nation in just about every offensive category there was. Gene and staff have really stepped up the recruiting the last few years.

This years team is very young and inexperienced but I think they will figure it out quicker than most think. No way in hell do we finish 2nd or third in conference. Gene loves being the underdog and our teams usually play better from that role.

I agree. It seems to me that both Gene and Brent have re-energized themselves and have made some great strides to get back to where they expect.

You never know about how the other teams will affect the outcome (they certainly get a say) but I really believe this is going to be a really good team when it's all said and done.
