Just curious if anyone had a breakdown of which Shockers will be playing in the NBC World Series, and what teams they are playing with. Thanks in advance.

Here is what I can tell, so far:

      Cody Lassley - Vienna Senators

      Tyson Fugett - Derby Twins

Bret Bascue, Clint McKeever, Khol Nanney - Newton Rebels

Rob Musgrave - El Dorado Broncos

      Tyler Fleming - Kenai Oilers

Kenny Williams, Anthony Capra - Santa Barbara Foresters (however, Kenny is no longer listed on their roster so who knows)

The Community Bank Cowboys will feature several former Shox including Shane Dennis, Terry Elliot, Justin Maureau, amongst others.

I think the Wichita Wolverines have some WSU signees playing or potential signees anyway.

      Also:

Beatrice Bruins have several Nebraska and Creighton players.

Brandon Douglas, Dane Embury - UNI - Derby Twins

Nevada Griffons feature several players that might be of interest:

      Lance Hoge - KSU
      Scott Limbocker - Arkansas
      Charlie Shaver - Nebraska
      Daniel Dellasega - KSU
      Andy Cotton - Nebraska
      Tommy Fitzgerald - Bradley
      Brad Secrist - Arkansas

Junction City generals have several kstaters and Jeremy Hauer from Creighton

Former Shocker Drew Moffit is playing for the Lake Havusu Heat.

On Friday night he put down a great bunt for a base hit that started the Lake Havusu rally (they were down 3 runs at the time).

He later scored the tying run.

Is it me or did Drew look really slimmed down?

Two thirds of our weekend pitching rotation next year made the all tournament team-Capra and Musgrave.
Throw in AS who pitched well at the Cape and that is a pretty formidable threesome, hey?
Because Denny Crane says so Dammit!

I agree. Several other guys also had excellent summers, Conor, Dirksey and Andy Womack immediately come to mind.

                I can't wait for next season!!! :wsu_posters:

Drew played himself back into pro ball. A couple of other familiar names, Kevin Koski and Jon Qualls, in this article.

Outstanding. I was in Springfield for Drew's 3-HR 10-RBI game. That was really something.

Drew is 1 for 7 with a run and an RBI in two games so far.
