When I go to the Home page and look, it says that only $1,054.61 has been contributed. What is the updated total, and why does it not show on my Home page?

Shox21, you need to go into your browser settings (if using Internet Explorer it is the Internet Options on the Tools menu) and remove/delete your temporary internet files. Then refresh the homepage.

I would think they have not been added yet. When you say "matching amounts" I assume you are talking about those that said they would donate 10% of the total amount received up to a maximum of $200. I don't think we will know the total amount donated until close of contributions on July 1. Then each of those 10% amounts would be added. If we can somehow raise the additional $400 between now and July 1 (to make a total of $2,000), then each of those 10% contributors would be paying in at least $200 each. Depending on how many there are, that should add a nice sum to whatever has already been contributed. Could add up to an additional $1,000 if there were 5.

That was the reason I gave my 10% BEFORE the $2,000 (hoping to get it to that magic figure).

Come on the rest of you that have not yet contributued. Pony up. $10 can't hurt that much. If enough give $10 each, that $400 deficit will soon be overcome.

It's crunch time folks. Lets get a few more donations. Royal I know the front page says this ends on 7-1 but does that mean midnight 6-30 or what time specifically? Alright folks its coming down to the end of the game... Who's gonna step up and club a McKeever?
