I've been reading the past posts on here for the last two days to catch up with everyone. I can't beleive I just found out about this site! Though I am new here, I have followed the Shox off and on in past years, mostly during postseason, except this year when I've been on board since the fall world series. Anyway, I just want to say that I have lived and died with every pitch, as I'm sure most of you have. I don't think I've ever felt safe with this team, but that's what makes them so exciting. And what's a few more grey hairs? I don't care if my hair is snow white tomorrow, if that means we won today. That being said, I admit that my shoe may go through the television if Womack is put in. Sorry. I really think it will be an automatic reflex. It's not personal.

Welcome, I recommend deep breathing techniques and the mantra "it's just a game" to allay the momentary emotion. It works for me in basketball :clap:
