Congrats to Kansas State and their Gene-picked coach. This is one of the finest years in baseball history at the school. They finished .500 and made it to the title game of the conference tournament.

Eff that! I hope KSU continues their streak of not going to the NCAA Tourney. ZERO and counting. The day KU and KSU start making tourney appearances is the day they start saying all over again, they are the best team in the state in terms of baseball. Just like KU did when they won it back in 2005. -

One .500 season and now they're claiming the title as best team.
Frankly, I think K-State sports programs are all on the downturn. No national championships and football and basketball have peaked in the short term. Kitties don't belong on the baseball field.
But I enjoy watching those occasional ESPN clips showing kitties darting around the outfield between innings. They are really entertaining.Comment
