With the exception of years in which the Springfield Cardinal's have a scheduling conflict/priority.

I believe this field priority has occured within the past couple of years- giving The Eck two straight MVC tourneys recently. Not sure on the specific years on that, though.

On Monday, I saw the team bus parked in front of Linen and Things on N. Rock Road. Linen and Things is next door and just to the north of Sam's Club. The bus was parked 150' or so to the east of Linen and Things.

The players were standing and sitting on the asphalt paving.

I have zero idea why they were in the lot. Shopping for bedsheets and towels, I guess.
