Great series by the Shocks to close out the season! Did what they had to do, even if it did take a bit of help from the Panthers, to end up at the top of the heap. Overall it was a great effort on offense and defense to close out the season.

This weekend clearly eliminates the bubble talk in my opinion. Even though it was Bradley, it shows maybe we can turn it up a notch when titles and championships are on the line.

I doubt that. With WSU winning the conference title and having a RPI in the lower 30's takes them out off the bubble. They are now playing to strengthen their position.

I intentionally have stayed off the game threads as I fear I've been the jinx on them. I don't post on them - WSU wins, I do and lately they've sucked it up. I'll continue the short tradition onto the Valley Tournament until the Shocks lose a game and my superstition is proved to be a fluke.

To Rosewood about his post in the in-game thread:

Dude, it's Bradley. Ya, it was a big game and a clincher for the title, but it would've been nice to see us scoring runs in big games against, you know, BIG teams... Then we wouldn't have to be traveling on the road in 2 weeks.
