Yes, good point. If the Shox jump out to big leads, I'd like to see Conor get some extra rest, although a bit of stat padding would be good, too.

McKeever is getting better every day, and there are guys who need reps in the OF with Williams out. Engrave, Lassley, Muncrief, Caster, etc. need AB's in game situations. I'd like to see Tyler Hill get a chance to get back in the mix, but I fear hs lack of production has cost him the rest of his SR season.

Any idea why Bascue has gotten lost in the shuffle?

absolutely no reason why we shouldn't sweep this team. The MVC is a weak conference this year, and Evansville is the bottom of the barrel

There's no reason why we shouldn't sweep or go 5-1 in our last two series' against Evansville and Bradley. I can accept maybe losing one to the Braves but not to Evansville.

Concur 100% - as I think we all do in our own way, even when we get frustrated. We have something very special in Shocker baseball and the fact that our expectations are high is a tribute to Gene, the coaches and 30 years worth of quality young men in this program.
