I would guess that it would be Bascue, Hall, or Tyler Hill. Also, he said that he was going to get a report on Gillespie before the show ended, did he?

Well, maybe we now know what's been the problem with Williams recently.

Mono usually wears down an athlete and affects his performance before the effects are serious and obvious enough that he goes to the doctor and gets it officially diagnosed. Like many others, I personally would like to see him back in the #9 spot in the order when he returns, but I have a hunch his hitting will recover wherever he bats -- and that he also won't be misplaying fly balls like he did on the fatal line drive against OU -- once his health returns.

In retrospect, probably explains his play against OU. He probably shouldn't have been on the field and was just trying to gut it out.
