From this point forward, go ahead and give WSU's ranking, but rather than include all rankings (in an individual poll), please link to the source.

    Thanks!

    Royal,

I mean this with zero disrespect, but don't you think that stance might just be a hair over-the-top?

I've never seen a sports-based forum that would ask it's members not to post full rankings in fear of a reproduction faux pas, and I've been on many forums over the years . I can fully understand this stance when in reference to full text articles, but do you really want to pare down something as simple and elemental as a poll?
I can see where you're coming from and I had to think about it a bit, too, having taken them for granted.

If a poll is a result of the efforts of an organization (such as Baseball America), and we have not received the rights to reproduce it, there really is no difference between the poll and an article. Either way, it is still their intellectual property. There is also the issue of taking "visits" from their website, which they likely receive revenue from.

Now, if they have a disclaimer that allows redistribution of the poll, then it's not a problem.
