IIRC a couple of years ago on his radio show Butler made the comment that he wanted his guys to go up there and swing as hard as they can. Not a recipe for consistent contact. I suppose that approach would be okay if you had a commensurate performance in home runs.

I just really hope we get to experience at least one season with baseball and basketball both dominant at the same time again. It sure would have been fun...

I would add volleyball to that because I'm a fan but they are doing pretty well. I should say I'd like to see all three in the same season. Those are the three main sports i tend to follow for WSU.
