Why should we be in a position where we think the Shocks should be afraid of being embarrassed against good teams? I guess the standards by which we measure this Shocker program have fallen drastically.

Bingo. I'm glad the schedule is decent. It will leave no doubt about where the program is. Or, likely, isn't.

The problem is there are more schools that care about baseball now than back in the good ol' days. Lots of warm weather states to compete with now.

Have to be able find a way to get these kids in AND coach them up properly. It's going to be a hard project. They need to make the right hire this next go around.
