Wichita State @ LaTech (Game 2)

HCTB does change his lineup a bit with Alex Jackson leading off. He has moved the .212 hitting Dayton Dugas to the 6th spot and moved the .167 hitting Luke Ritter into the 2 hole. I am beginning to think the HCTB isn't the sharpest tool in the shed but maybe this will work. I guess we will see.

Not a good start for the Shocks. Alex did open the game with a single up the middle on an 0-2 pitch. But Ritter struck out (so he has learned what he needs to do by watching I guess), Jenista flied out to left and Bohm struck out.

Cody Tyler has given up two singles (one a bunt single), a double and a home run in the 1st as LaTech opens up a 4-0 lead.

Is reality beginning to set in? Let's see how the Shocks respond.

I don't think it is too early to put this game in the deep freeze as reality starts to sink in.

Hopefully, the baseball team is sucking up all the bad karma and keeping it away from St. Louis.
