We've been a little lucky so far this year w/r/t Houdini acts, but the pitchers deserve tremendous credit for working ahead and making hitters beat them (so far they haven't). Smart baseball is refreshing.

Will be interesting to see if Biechler comes back out for the 9th.

I'd say that's correct most of the time, but our upperclassmen have struggled with that concept in recent years. I'd say it's a change in personnel and philosophy.
