    Shockers Host Indiana State This Weekend - Wichita State Athletics

    The Wichita State baseball team hosts Indiana State, May 6-8, for a three-game series at Eck Stadium.


    Looking at the weather forecast I would not be surprised to see Sunday's game re-scheduled as part of a Saturday doubleheader.

    And who will want to miss the inaugural Bark in the Park on Saturday? Other than myself that is.

                        I'd say there were actually a couple hundred. It was a very nice no jacket night. It's the first time I have been out since February.

                          It was definitely one of the bigger crowds of the year. Pretty much perfect weather for baseball. (Still nothing like what the Shox used to draw).

                              Really great day at the eck.
                              Too bad pitching can't get past 6 innings.
                              8-1, now 8-5.
