10 strikeouts for the Shocks. That's been an issue for some time now. Don't want to over-react after only 1 game. So many unknowns with this team. I think it will take more than one recruiting class to get this ship turned around. Especially, when you more or less turned over the entire roster.

Shocks walked 5 and committed 3 errors. Kind of ugly.

Baseball is won with pitching and defense. Pitching was 60 40 Defense was 3 errors = 4 unearned runs. NOT GOOD. In the fall I saw the same. NOT GOOD.

Baseball is a weird game. Today could be a 2-1 nailbiter and tomorrow could be a blowout. Gotta take things in stride.
