Ladwig lost to Evansville 5-1 (Freeland was pitching). I would expect Isom will be pitching for Evansville. He is 6-5, 3.58 ERA and opponents are batting 0.288. Not overpowering but of course when he faced WSU he threw 7 complete inning and only gave up 2 run in a Evansville 13-2 run rule.

Bradley beats ISUb 6-2 in the nightcap. Strange first day leaves the tournament very much up for grabs with three out of the four favorites losing.
