Back 30+ years ago when I was playing Babe Ruth baseball, I had one of those games. As catcher. I was having a hard time getting the ball back to the pitcher, let alone to a base. My coach was not amused, and the ump said I couldn't call time after every pitch to walk the ball back to the mound.

Never too early for that. Not sure when they will see their first D-1 curve ball.
