Playing Mizzu at Kauffman this spring

"Wichita State’s baseball team will play Missouri at Kauffman Stadium this spring. The schools are waiting on the contract, so no one will confirm it, but sources at both schools confirm the game is scheduled."

In the past, it was on a weeknight, being a singular game (not series) against KU.

I think this is a direct slap in the face to KU which makes it even greater!

Weeknight or not, I WILL be in attendance for this one.

If it is just one game, I would imagine it would be a weeknight, as you wouldn't waste a weekend of three potential games and just play one game at K, regardless of how neat an experience that will be.

Might have to carpool this one :) ill see if I can get my spouse interested, but baseball has always been an easier sell so I bet I could make it happen. She says baseball is much less stressful and more comfortable seating too

Although the 2014 schedules aren’t official, the schools are scheduled to meet at Kauffman Stadium on April 22, sources at both schools confirmed. It will be their first meeting since the 2004 NCAA regional in Arkansas.
