Casey Gillaspie has been named a first team summer All-American by Perfect Game. Casey played for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod League.
He finished first in the Cape in home runs and sixth in RBI averaging .321 (53-for-165) with nine doubles, eight home runs and 27 RBI in 43 games for the Commodores.
Congrats Casey.
I would anticipate this coming season will be Casey's last as a Shocker as he will probably get a good draft next summer.
