The only people bringing a broom to the ballpark tomorrow will be Shocker fans...

I guess you can leave your broom back at work in the janitor's closet.

Man, your teams just plain suck against WSU athletics in all facets, especially when you come over here laying down your dumbass remarks. Keep it up.

Huge win for the Shocks with Elam and Minnis outdueling Petree and staff. Especially if you're like me and your level of confidence in Ladwig is shaky at best.

Hopefully, A.J. will make me eat those words.

Hate to say it, but I think its time to put Johnny Coy on the bench and just use him for spot pinch hitting duty if that. I really thought Johnny was going to have a big senior year but he is simply struggling big time.

Kudos to Cale, Albert, Taylor Doggett and Tanner Dearman.

Incorrect, LustingForSomething needs his broom for his post-game janitorial duties sweeping the stands.

Good pitcher on the mound tomorrow for the bears. Let's get two more.

Good pitchers in both games. One thing MSU has is very solid pitching that will keep them in just about all of their games.

Doggett and Dearman came up with some huge hits today (as well as Mucha's super huge triple).

But the momentum changer was probably when Elam picked off Becker at first in the bottom of the sixth to get out of the inning. The Bears had the bases loaded at the time and were leading 2-1. The Shox then came back and scored a run in the top of the 7th (Mucha tripled and knocked in by Dog) to tie the game and win it in the top of the ninth

I also have to give kudos to Dog for legging out a hit on a bunt in the ninth after there were 2 outs. He then stole second and advanced to third on a wild pitch. He then scored what would end up being the winning run on Dearman's single.

It was some real gutsy and good play on Dog's part (as well has a huge key hit by Dearman).

Overall it was a very good game for the Shockers. Elam and Minnis both pitched well. (Minnis has looked as good as I have ever seen him pitch over the last 2 games). The Shox played errorless ball and came through with some big hits.

The game made me forget how cold my toes were. GO SHOX!

4-0 now and still one out. Reports are that LuskingforGuttin has just left the building. Over the top wall.
