Spotted an effing 7 run lead, nearly give it all back and now can’t throw strikes. Was Clagget trying to be cute or something with a 7 run lead?

This is exactly what I’m saying as I watch it. And what the ECU TV guy said too.

I thought the approach to the staff was great first half of the season, but since things have gotten thorny I have hated a lot of the pitching decisions.

WSU might be done right here.

For some reason I felt like the Shocks were done after the 2-out melt down in the bottom of the 3rd. Dobbs was cruising and we had a chance to take control. That had to deflate the Shocks mentally in a major way and it no doubt inflated the ECU in a major way as well. That momentum swing put the Shocks ropes and and in a daze.

Having a 2nd game today will be a challenge for this coaching staff and this team after this one I think unless they somehow miraculously pull a rabbit out their asses t5o come back in this first games. The odds for that happening seem quite low, if not nonexistent.
