Always seems to be a hiccup in our plan to get to the top. That "hump" is so difficult to get over, so we can get to where we want to go.

The Shocks and Houston are tied for 1st at 10-5. ECU is 1 game back at 9-6. Cincinnati, WuDrWu 's favorite team, is 2 games back at 8-7.

Shocks and Houston play this weekend in Houston. The Shocks lost 2 of 3 to Houston in Wichita in early April including a 3-17 run rule beat down in the series finale when Houston broke open a 4-3 game with 13 runs in the 7th inning.

A home series with USF the and a road series at UCF following 2 weekends round out the AAC regular season schedule. USF and UCF are currently both at 6-9 in AAC play.

Houston closes out at Tulane (also 6-9) and at home vs Cincinnati.

ECU has at Cincinnati, home vs Memphis and at USF remaining on their AAC plate.

That's because Houston's coach wants to be a real boy!

I know sweeps are hard but if you’re serious about winning a championship, you at least have to sweep a conference bottom feeder at home.

                    Just too inconsistent.

We are respectable so far this season. Two or three arms away however from being at large quality. Those lack of arms cost us at least five games we should have won. It is May and I’m still paying attention which is something….

I was pissed yesterday afternoon following the loss, so yes, I'm still 'engaged'...

One of those arms is on the bench.

They are respectable and despite some really ugly losses (UC, Oakland, Utah Tech, Memphis) there is definintly talent on the team. Ask ECU!
Rodden, Ingram, Tolle Candiotti are easy picks. There is some good young talent on the team and some have been getting a baptism of fire as the season moved along.

Pitching has been up and down with the youth being just that youthful. It's unfortunate that took 20+ games before the staff figured out that Snead has closer like stuff.
It is the kind of team that could win the league, AAC Tournament... or lose both series to the subpar Florida teams.

                            That is all.
Above all, make the right call.
