Shox vs. Evansville Game 2

We need this one. Mitch needs to pitch well and the sticks need to come alive.

Dog starts off the game with a strike out, but Hall gets on base and gets to third on a base steal and an error. Shox have a runner on third, one out.

Lambert strikes out. Coy after going down 0-2, fouls several off including one long drive that only landed a couple of feet foul according to Kennedy and then comes through with a hit to put the Shox up 1-0. Coy with a stand up double.

Casey grounds out to end the inning. After a half inning, Shox lead 1-0.

Mitch starts the game well easily getting the first two guys out, but the third batter gets a single. Mitch finishes the inning with a strike out to keep the Shox up 1-0 after 1 full inning.

Ue ties it in the second on a balk. 1-1 going to the top of the third.

Shox go down quickly in third.

Lambert walks to start the inning. The first time today we have had the lead runner on base today.

Coy hits a ground ball that allows Ue to get Lambert out at second. Coy on first, one out.

Casey drives one well to center with a little slicing action, Kennedy called it one of the Shox better swings, but it is an out. Coy still on first, 2 outs.
