I don't want to see that, but I would love for it to happen. The Shox have won 7 of their last 9 games, so you never know.

As of this morning, Boyds World's rpi needs assessment shows WSU needs to go 16-6 to finish with a rpi of 45 or better or 20-2 to achieve a rpi of 32 or better.

MoST is starting to look very solid for an at large bid as they only need to go 11-10 to finish with a rpi of 45 or better. Indy St and Illinois St on the other hand aren't really in any better shape than WSU. Indy St needs to finish 17-5 and Ill St. 15-5. Both Ku and Kstate have fallen off the chart.

I don't think there is anybody left on our schedule that we can't beat. I really don't care where they come from, we just need to get the 16 wins. Obviously conference wins will also help us stay in the hunt for a conference championship.

One possible scenerio would be to go 2-1 in each of our weekend series except one that we sweep (probably Cu or Bradley) and then go 5-1 in our midweek games. It won't be easy but it is still doable.

Shane said up until now that Mitch has good command.

Mitch walks a guy to load the bases with 2 outs.

Mitch makes a good third to first move that almost gets the batter.

Ue grounds out to end the threat. Game tied at 1.
