Wedge was pretty brutal on his assessment. Said Jace only trusted his fastball. Couldn't get his breaking ball over and refused to throw a single changeup. They pulled him not because of any pitch count, but the other team had caught up to his fastball. Neither starter will be around late today.
Jennings is at or near 50 pitches in the 2nd and is a one pitch guy right now.
