  • 2020 Baseball Schedule

The dates for 2020 are starting to trickle in via our opponents' websites. Here's what's known so far. (Home games in BOLD)
    • Feb 14-16 @Northwestern State
    • Feb 28-March 1 @Nevada vs Nevada and Hofstra?
    • March 13-15 NEBRASKA
    • March 20-22 @Houston
    • March 27-29 TULANE
    • April 9-11 @Creighton
    • April 21 @K-State
    • May 1-3 @ECU
    • May 8-10 UCONN
    • May 19-24 @AAC Tournament - Clearwater Fla.

That leaves 6 open weekends, of which four will be AAC matchups with USF and Cincinnati (likely home); and UCF and Memphis (likely road). Hoping Memphis is a May roadie, as the May 14-16 dates (Thurs.-Sat. the week prior to the AAC Tourney) aligns with the Memphis in May International Festival that includes the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest.

Also, Missouri State is not on the schedule this year, and K-State is a single road game. Usual suspects ORU, KU, OSU and OU haven't released schedules yet.

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

Good luck with that opening NWS series.

Seriously considering the Reno trip. Never been there and that has to be a cool place to visit. I'd miss the Temple home game and maybe the SMU road trip....decisions.

Shocks will indeed be in Memphis the week before the AAC Tourney. I'm planning on taking the 2 weeks already. Better finish in the top 8 Shocks!

February 14th sounds very cold. Maybe even colder if I go to a baseball game on February 14th....

Still. On November 2nd, going to that opener sounds like an awfully good idea.

I love that some dudes on this board want a football team, but apparently won’t go outside if the temp is below 50 degrees.

Don't go including me in the camp that wants football.

Not all cold is from the weather.

The home opener on the 14th sounds like a recipe for a stadium full of guys that are single or are about to be.....

Maybe she'll let me go to the game, and then make her dinner afterwards.
Its a good landing if you can walk away, its a great landing if the plane can be reused the next day.

What you don’t see is that Feb 15th’s average drops to 36, and Feb 16th goes to 31.
                    Deuces Valley.
                    ... No really, deuces.

Do NCAA rules allow you to play a triple-header? Ernie Banks would be for it.

Valentine's Day triple header. What could go wrong?

Might make the trip up with the LA boys.

If you look at the Northwestern State schedule the games are scheduled to be played in Natchitoches, LA
