      2021 commit from Jace Miner, a 6-3 187lb southpaw from Reynoldsville, Pa. He’s a PG8 prospect.

First Pennsylvania recruit in baseball program history? Can’t think of another one.

“The rebellion on the populist right against the results of the 2020 election was partly a cynical, knowing effort by political operators and their hype men in the media to steal an election or at least get rich trying. But it was also the tragic consequence of the informational malnourishment so badly afflicting the nation. ... Americans gorge themselves daily on empty informational calories, indulging their sugar fixes of self-affirming half-truths and even outright lies.'

            We have these national rankings.

Does anyone have the PerfectGame rankings which I would imagine be an 8 or 9 which would be a possible Top 10 draft choice, and Top College player?

He was unrated by PG. Not sure why. I know it is hard for them to rate and evaluate all of the players, especially those from smaller areas that might not play on highly publicized travel teams. Doesn't necessarily mean much.

It means his parents didn't spend $700 to attend a PG showcase. That's the only way they rank kids.

This may be an incorrect assumption but it appears that he threw a FB 83 mph as a Sophomore in 2019 when Santa Fe High School won the State Championship. They didn’t play last spring. At 6’5, he has a lot of potential to improve his velocity and power.

Shockers pick up a 2021 prospect Jackson Young out of Stillwater HS. 6'1" 200 LB C/1B/3B/OF. Looks like another talented recruit for Wedge and crew.

Rated an 8 by Perfect Game which is defined as
8 Potential draft pick and/or excellent college prospect

My best guess is around 15 from those two channels. A lot depends on the format of the draft and status of pro baseball next spring. If the draft is still compressed, it will be fewer than 15. Of course, we'll lose a few others for reasons of playing time, coaching fit, academics, etc.

Are those decommits the ones who have decommitted from WSU and those are their new schools listed?
