    1-0 OSU top of 8

wsu had a sac fly in the 7th that would have tied game but runner at 3rd didn’t tag. The baseball IQ of this team at times is so T-Ball ish.

Didn't they just have a man at 3rd and 2nd with no outs? Why didn't we score?

Nothing wrong with the Shocker pitching effort although Ryan Stuempfig was a little shaky in the starting role. Hate getting shut out by mid-week pitching. OSU used 9 pitchers in this game. Sometimes that can be difficult to always be facing a new guy. The Shocks commit the only error in the game and it may have contributed to OSU scoring the lone run of the game.

In the you gotta' be $hittin' me department 2 days after the Shocks lost to OSU 1-0 in Wichita the Cowboys go up to Lawrence and hit 12 home runs in a 27-6 drubbing of KU. But before you celebrate the beatdown of the Jayhwaks, who have lost twice to the Shocks this year, too much they came back and beat OSU 5-4 and 7-6 on Saturday and Sunday.
