Does anyone else think Moose resembles a young Mike Pelfrey on the mound. I am excited too watch him pitch this spring and I think he will have a big year. I just hope he decides to wear some bigger pants this year so he can be a little quicker off the mound. I think him and Halbert wore the same size pants last year.:glee:

The moose is on the loose. I heard he's been working his tale off in the weight room trying to get in shape and he's starting to get some ankles. Watch out he's my pick for being the biggest breakout player this season.

As much sarcasm as I may or may not sense in your posts about Zach, I tend to share your feeling of excitement about "Moose". The kid showed a lot of potential this fall. I agree that, once in shape, he could become a guy that leads WSU to great success and one that fans will remember for years to come.

I agree that Zach looked very impressive in his FWS appearances. I think this could be breakout year for Zach.

I agree with the assesments about Zach. He looked very good many times last year as a Freshmen.

Hopefully Zach and the rest of the team can keep making significant gains in the weight room this offseason. I'm worried because I am hearing a kid named Ian Strother stole all the milk the team drinks after their workouts.

Whether or not this accusation is true about Ian, he was nothing but a great teammate with a ton of potential. I am a close friend of Mr. Strother, and I will say that chocolate milk is his drink of choice. So this would not surprise me.

              Go Shox!

P.S. Be easy on my boy Strother

Beringer will have surgery to repair multiple vertebrae after a car accident. Tobin Mateychick was also in the car but had no major injuries.
