Which raises the question why is Gunnar the only one bringing the big facial hair with the way he is going.

That's the way to come through with 2 outs. 3 consecutive 2 out doubles. Troutwine becoming our most dependable RBI guy.

Would you believe 4 consecutive doubles.

Good night for the Shocks. Bashing KU is always a pleasant thing and the Lady Shocks knocked off #19 Okie State at Wilkins stadium this evening 9-6.

One thing we can all agree on: whether it's Butler or any other coach, embarrassing KU is mandatory.

Regardless of how this season wraps up, it is heartening to see the order of things return to their historical and rightful place in the area/region.

Pretty much a total ass whipping.

8-0 WSU to the bottom of the 8th.

Very solid, and definitely nice to boatrace The Flagship. Hopefully the Shocks can carry over some of this midweek offense, especially in clutch situations, more successfully than they did last week. Lots of wasted opportunities in that opener against Connecticut.

Of course, Houston's starters in conference play figure to be a little tougher than the guys WSU has seen these past two nights, but they really need to get moving in league play if they're going to live up to that fancy RPI rank and Warren Nolan's predicted record. Plus, playing solid defense will go a long way too, just as defense has been a big impediment to their conference success so far.

Everything is right in front of this team. Where does 41-14 (14-10) and 7-0 against the B12 put this team?

RPI improves from 15 to 13 with yesterday's win. ISR improves to 11.

Like seeing some level of order restored in the region. Now, if they can finally play some sort of normal game and win against ORU for the first time in I don't know how long, they will really be on to something.
