I can see upsets. It happens. And RPI's that are in the "same neighborhood" may not predict the ultimate winner...

If RPI is predictive, it should pick 2/3s of the winners...and a higher percentage of the real mismatches in RPI.

OK...I now see the problem from the Shocker end...it took a while cause I might be a little thick.
