13-3 24th ranked Mizzou club with a 9-0 win at Miami. Not your father's Miami but still. Did split 4 games with Northeastern. A decent Northeastern team currently #4 RPI.
Their 8 game winning streak is against a weak Alabama A&M (2) UMBC (3) and LaSalle (3).
But a bunch of blowouts, scored 20+ runs 2 times, have a team ERA of 2.45 and a nearly 3.5/1 SO/W ratio and they're hitting .292
A stout road test for sure. Preston Snavely will be put to the test early and often.
Our next 5 games are against current top 35 RPI teams. 4 on the road. Getting a win tomorrow would be a fantastic start.

Mid-week road game at a decent SEC team - this is a tough contest even in the best of years. Hopefully our guys bring their A game (they will need it) and we can escape with a dub.
If you told me right now we'd go 2-2 this week, I'd take it - anything better is gravy and would be a fantastic result.Comment
