to avoid this problem just use your mouse to move the timer back when it approaches the 30 minute mark.

Think of it like rewinding on your DVR, but it just moves the time back not the actual feed. Therefore you never have to refresh.

Sounds like the bench is getting a warning for yapping too much. I think they maybe should keep their mouth's shut until the do something to earn it, like take a big lead on a pitcher that hasn't pitched much all year.
