Hey Shocker fans! Don't forget to sign up for the WSU Alumni Association's annual Baseball Alumni Tailgate Party scheduled for next Wednesday's game against KU! Register now at www.wichita.edu/bat. Your dinner ticket includes a cookout buffet, drinks, and a gift for each attendee! You can also purchase a ticket to the game if you don't have one already. We look forward to seeing you there!

There is also an alumni event in Topeka tonight at 5:30 (April 27) at the Shawnee Golf Club (913 SE 29th St.).

The reception starts at 5:30 pm and is scheduled to run until 7:30 pm. Any Shocker alumni in the Topeka area tonight should stop by.

Special invited guests include Mike Kennedy- the baseball and basketball voice of the Shockers and WSU AD Eric Sexton.

For NE Kansas alums, the alumni association is also hosting a BBQ before the KU- WSU game in Lawrence on Tuesday night.

The alumni assoc. will be making hot dogs in the parking lot. The Ku administration has generously allowed the WSU alumni association to use 3 parking stalls in a parking lot near the baseball stadium (sarcasm).

Please bring your own chair, side dish and drink (alcohol is prohibited in the Ku parking lots).
