Hope this was the last time this team gets whooped by an inferior opponent this season.
    Easy killer.

a.) One of UTA's wins is over Dallas Baptist. A one-run loss to Oklahoma, overall, pretty competitive in all of their games.

    b.) I wouldn't call losing 6-3 as getting "whooped".

c.) We aren't going undefeated. Even the good teams lose games to inferior opponents, especially early. Look at the Top 25 scores in the last two weeks and you'll get the idea.

d.) It's a bit frustrating but please don't go ape crazy over our first loss of the year.

LOL, I'm going to have to think up a few good ones just to see what you can come up with...

But ya, the win over ORU was great, but the other two sweeps, might have well played Newman and Friends......Two cold weather teams almost in Canada who never get to practice outdoors till the season is over.

The fact of the matter is that one bad inning by one pitcher was the difference in the game.

Granted, there were some game situations where the hitters weren't able to produce and a few strikeouts, but the Shox were pretty patient at the plate, mostly efficient on the mound, and didn't commit any errors. Lowell and Sossamon pitched well.

        Too early to panic, IMO.
