It's really good timing if you're Larry Brown and SMU. Everyone is focused on and is talking about the shootings. Fewer people will notice and ask questions.

I suppose you could say that if Nic Moore had stayed, they would have been a very good team. Maybe a better way to put it would be "He removed a top 25 team by taking one of the best would-be players in Illinois State history along with him to ensure his success at SMU."
