He wasn't very thorough. He left off all teams from the MVC except for Wichita State and Northern Iowa. He also thinks that Iowa is far enough away from Northern Iowa and Iowa State that they need be in a different conference.

Those are just some things I noticed while glancing through the list.

I'm assuming they are demoted to D-2 or lower along with another 200+ teams he left off.
