If he pans out, he will make $3 million a year over the next 6 years..Considering he doesn't have a whole lot of coaching experience, I'd say he got a pretty good deal. The Tide didn't go as lucrative as they did with Marshall, but their new coaching motto is apparently something along the lines of, if you are least a basketball name, we'll pay ya!
