Got lost in my own bidnis and lost track of the Valley and the Shocks. I gotta get back into the swing of the Shocks. Will be watching today.

Also, is it just me or did everyone miss the Bears move up into the big-time? I just found out they're moving up to the FBS! They're jumping to C-USA! Good on them, moving from a bottom feeder Valley BBall school to a bottom feeder team in a lesser basketball conference. And they're projected like last in the lowest conference in the entire FBS! Good on them!

was definitely aware of the Bares moving up to FBS. Having FBS football is the only way to potentially move up down the road. I'm still pissed WSU continually blew off the idea of bringing back football for years as we have zero ability to position ourselves for moves for the better down the road should there be more shakeups that impact us.

I'm not so sure anybody but the Bears would want to move "up" to CUSA. The move "up" give Missouri State the distinction of having one of the 5 smallest stadiums in FBS, along with the inclusion into the lowest fbs conference. C USA basketball is a step down from the Valley as well.

The MVCFC is the absolute best FBS conference and it isn't even close. The Bears couldn't compete in it, and won't compete in CUSA football, either. My guess is they sold their soul for the fbs moniker, but in reality, are falling further into obscurity. Oh, the fire Cuonzo Martin back, so they got that going for them, which is nice.
