John Higgins Retiring From On-Court Officiating

This will only decrease the level of officiating we see on the court. As mush **** as he gets from some, Higgins is one of the best we've had and has been for a long time.

He's been named the coordinator of the Western Basketball Officiating Consortium which covers the western conferences.
