  • KSU considering playing Gonzaga in IBA or KC.

http://www.kansas.com/2012/05/02/232...o-intrust.html .. My first reaction to this was, they used the "power 6" excuse for playing West Virginia instead of WSU in Intrust last year. If KSU played Gonzaga, who is not a power 6 conference team in Intrust, then that just goes to show how big the rift is between WSU and KSU. Unless the two sides are just that uninterested in working something out.

Must admit that a game between K St and the Zags in Wichita would rub me the wrong way......about both teams.

Would it still rub you the wrong way if WSU were playing an NCAA Tournament team from a BCS conference at IBA next year?

          Agree. Why wouldn't I?

If we have not looked into a home and home (neutral/neutral) with the Zags, then it's on us, otherwise, it stinks that K St could get this game and we didn't/couldn't. Then, if they play in Wichita, for Few to stick it in our face, another top non-BCS school, by playing at IBA. Just the way I feel about it, but I'm open to your opinion @WuDrWu on how it could help our future scheduling.

If they play here, we just need to make sure that 2 streets aren't renamed.

Hopefully we continue our winning streak and KSU continues their losing streak at IBA... The more events at IBA, the better and if that means WSU and KSU get good games there with WSU winning and KSU losing, I'm all for it.

I agree with you. This really stinks.
