Now he could end up being an amazing head coach or it could be a huge bust, time will tell.

Scott from what I can tell was not offered, Danny will be the coach.

Their board doesn't feel that way. They had a poll: 1st Scott Sutton, 2nd Drew Bryce, 3rd Mystery Candidate, and 4th Manning, then the rest of the field. Now that Sutton is out of the picture, his large lead has slipped.

In Manning's own thread started this morning, they were fairly negative, but are now trying to find ways to warm-up to the idea. One said, it be worse, SIU hired Barry Hinson (not that I'd agree with that).
