  • Creighton Diector of baseball ops murdered

Some of you college baseball guys might remember this Creighton baseball player. Unbelievable.
OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — A Creighton University baseball administrator was found dead Thursday in the yard of an Omaha home that he had just sold to a realty company, police said.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Interesting use of the phrase "Use of a firearm by a prohibited person" So does that mean the term convicted felon is no longer appropriate to describe someone because it may diminish a felons image of himself and cause harm to his self esteem?

Guessing the statute was written in such a way to be broad to include felons and people who are under orders for domestic violence, mental health, making threats, or some other court ordered prohibition from possessing guns.
