I have come here to chew bubblegum and kickass ... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

That will affect a lot of schools not in California, some more than others. I believe 8 of 12 teams in the Pac-12 are NOT in CA. Also affects a number of other conferences, all of which have schools not in CA in varying degrees (think Gonzaga). One state's decision could now have an impact on a number of other states and what they want to do.

This is a D2 California sports league. Not all California schools.

The Cal State System came out on Tuesday and said they will all be online this fall. That is 23 schools with 3 of them being in the MWC. The MWC had been quoted as saying previously

"Unless they're in full mode with dormitories and housing and all of the other facilities are open, we won't have college athletics,"
Those schools are trying to sort through if that means no fall sports or not.

The UC system has not made a decision yet. But they seem to be working on a plan to try and test students.

I saw where either Arizona or ASU was going to test all 60k students. I assume (perhaps I'm wrong) that they meant once at the start of classes.

Is it just me, or is that about as useless as me ordering a small cone?
