Hello everyone. During my futile attempt to upload what I thought was a funny avatar for my less than often used profile, I found out I was not worthy of such a privilege, as of yet. So, in an attempt to gather your good graces, and step into the dim computer glow that emanates from the dark hole known as shockernet, I have decided to briefly introduce myself. I grew up in Wichita, and my mother and father having both attended WSU in the early 80s, I was well aware of the university on the hill from the time I was a little un. Baseball was the name of the game back then and I attended many a game with my father up until I left for the Navy in 2006. Fast forward to now and I'm am currently the only undergraduate student at the University of San Diego (home of Diego Torero) who consistently reps WSU about the campus. Never having attended WSU myself, I still consider myself a fan not only of the athletic department, but also of the vision for the school of Dr. Bardo. Three of my brothers currently attend the institution, and my entire family are are rabid fans of all things Shocker. I was lucky enough to attend several games while still in the Navy, the most memorable being the game a few years back vs SDSU, and the Sweet 16 defeat of La Salle in LA. Anywho, long story short, I'm a Shocker fan who has been trolling this webpage for a few years now and just recently decided to create a profile so I might contribute from time to time. Yup, and thats it. I hope thats enough to get avatar privileges.

Maybe check the size or dimensions of the file you were trying to upload. On my end I don't see anything restricting your use of an avatar. And welcome to the board :)
