Hi, I am The Coach, so named because I love to coach a variety of sports from a volunteer basis.
Grew up around WSU sports. Uncle was a close friend of Larry Lacewell and Jimmy Johnson in the 1960s, so he introduced me to the Shockers at an early age.
Grew to love Shocker basketball - the good and the not so good. Knew Bob Elmore as a child, and have never quite gotten over his loss. Sad, sad story.
Big fan of Gregg Marshall the person. So refreshing to find a major D-1 coach who is one of us.
